Paul J. Kennedy, Jr., has been in the electrical trade for over 35 years. After being a self-employed electrical contractor for over 20 years, he is currently an electrical inspector for a town here in the Merrimack Valley. This is a postition Paul enjoys tremendously for over the last 8 years.

Paul is a member of many electrical associations including: President of the Central New England Electrical Association, the International Association of Electrical Inspectors, the Massachusetts Contractors Association, National Fire Protection Association. Paul is also a member of the Greater Lawrence Vocational Technical High School Electrical Advisory Board.

Paul is continuously going to seminars, classes and meetings to make himself a better electrician, inspector and teacher. Paul's goal is to be as knowledgeable and up-to-date as possible so he can pass this information along in his classes. Paul will bring a unique style to the classroom that facilitates interaction from the audience. Come see for yourself how much fun you can have learing code.


Chris Clemente., has been in the building trades for over 30 years. Chris is a certified building commissioner (CBO # 3409) currently inspecting for a town in the Merrimack Valley for over 13 years. Prior to his current position, Chris was a building official in the City of Boston, Town of Billerica, Commonwealth of Massachusetts and several local housing authorities.

The experience Chris will bring to each seminar is quite extensive as he has worked as both a builder and an inspector. In addition Chris has a Bachelors degree in Construction Management as well as a minor in business. All of these accomplishments will lend themselves to a better understanding of the building process from start to finish.Chris is currently a sitting member of the Massachusetts Board of Building Regulations and Standards Building Official Certification Committee and is also a member of the Massachusetts Builders Commissioners and Inspectors Association.Chris attends as many meetings, seminars and workshops as possible to increase his knowledge as an inspector, builder and teacher. Chris's energy will be felt in the classroom and you will not believe how quickly 12 hours can pass and how much you have learned.


Jack Landers-, Jack holds a professional educator license from the Massachusetts Department of Education and the State of New Hampshire Department of Education.  Jack is a Master Electrician in the states of Massachusetts and New Hampshire, as well as working on a daily basis for over 20 years, as the Electrical Inspector for the Town of Bedford, MA. Presently Jack belongs to many electrical associations and is a proud member of Local 103 IBEW for the past forty years.

Jack is the instructor for the Master Exam Study Prep.

Doug brings over 40 years of experience with him to Kennedy Seminars. Doug was a self-employed electrician specializing in alarms. Doug has a vast knowledge of alarms, fire, burglar and security as well as experience in line utility work.  Currently, Doug is the inspector in 2 local towns.
Doug is an active member in the Central New England electrical Inspectors Association. Doug attends as many meetings and conferences as possible to stay current in the every changing electrical industry.
Although Doug has had other teaching offerings, he chose Kennedy Seminars because of the “comfortable/interactive atmosphere” at each seminar.



Bev Kennedy ,, is responsible for everything non-code related.
