2017 DATES
6 Hour Professional Development Seminars

UPDATE to 6 HOURS OF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PER THE MA BOARD
In October 2015, the MA Board transfered all their recording files to a new format.
NO LONGER are you required to submit proof of your 6 hours to the MA Board.
NO LONGER MUST YOUR PROVIDER BE APPROVED BY THE BOARD
YES,
your course must be of relavent material per board guidelines in 237 CMR 17.01 (b)
YOU MUST still comply with the 6 hours of professional development. You are to keep your certificate in a file and submit proof if you are randomly selected for audit. This is how it has been done in the past.

So, you have until July 31, 2019 to complete your 6 hours of professional development. This will not delay you receiving your renewal paperwork.
The MA Board will need proof of your 15 hours, electronically sent by your provider, to issue your renewal paperwork.
